At Little Champs, we aim to make your shopping experience simple and convenient. We deliver preschool books and educational learning materials across Pakistan.

1. Shipping Charges

Our shipping charges are based on the type of order:

• Single Products: A flat shipping fee of PKR 350 applies.

• Bundles: Free shipping is available on eligible bundle purchases.

Shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

2. Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–7 working days across Pakistan.

Delivery times may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, public holidays, and other circumstances beyond our control.

Remote or hard-to-reach areas may require additional delivery time.

3. Order Processing

Orders are usually processed and dispatched after order confirmation.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may be processed on the next working day.

You may receive an order confirmation and, where applicable, shipment or tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

4. Delivery Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, including:

• Full name

• Contact number

• House/street address

• City

• Relevant area or landmark

Little Champs will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unavailable delivery information.

5. Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner may make multiple delivery attempts. If the customer is unavailable or refuses to receive the order, the package may be returned to Little Champs.

Additional shipping charges may apply if the customer requests re-delivery.

6. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we work with reliable courier services, unexpected delays may occur due to weather, public holidays, operational issues, or other circumstances beyond our control.

If you experience an unusual delivery delay, please contact us with your order number so we can assist you.

7. Damaged Orders

Please check your package upon delivery. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, contact us within 3 days of delivery and provide your order details along with photographs or videos of the issue.

For eligible cases, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, or refund according to our Return & Refund Policy.

8. Shipping Policy Updates

Little Champs reserves the right to update shipping charges, delivery times, and shipping terms when necessary. Any changes will be published on this page.
